Our Philosophy

At Years to Grow, we believe that growing up should be fun, nurturing, and full of adventure. The faculty is concerned with the "whole child" and each child is respected as a unique individual. We are dedicated to helping each child acquire scholarly and worldly knowledge, spiritual wellness, physical stability and fulfill their given potential.

Our Mission

Our staff considers our facility an extension of the home. We are endeavoring to build on what you have done as a parent; what you are now doing, and what you hope to do in the future. A spirit of mutual understanding among children and adults aids in creating an atmosphere of a true Christian home life.

Our Staff

Our staff facilitates an atmosphere of creative students; fueled by the joy of discovery, self-motivated students exhibiting an intellectual vitality which strengthens their beliefs yet inspires an open mind.

We require and provide on an annual basis 15 hours of Continuing Education Units, along with 3 hours of Health & Safety Certification. Our staff consists of certified and degreed early childhood educators with the majority of our staff having been employed with us for over five years. Years to Grow is the only daycare & after school program in Youngsville, to partner with a certified Teacher Consultant from the National Writing Project of Acadiana and certified Louisiana State Teacher Leader Mentor and Core Advocate, who regularly assists with curriculum management and program development. Our program is uniquely original to the needs of our students and their families.

In addition, our entire staff at Years To Grow Day Care & Youth Camp, Inc. are CPR and First-Aid certified, Medication Administration Trained and have Childcare criminal background clearance.
